Thanksgiving is not just a third Thursday every November. It should not be the only day we appreciate and give thanks. However, the Thanksgiving holiday is kind of like the beginning of the holiday season cheer. Light up winter with joy and sparkly lights! I think the Archangel Gabriel is teaching and/or reminding us to appreciate what we have now and stay present. Once we are in contentment we open the doors for more meaningful gifts will come. By appreciating what you already have is a great way to go. When it comes to gift giving, you can get creative with the gift wrap, (maybe a page from a magazine you no longer need) give away good quality things that you no longer need. Let someone else put them to use and appreciate  instead of these objects generating clutter in your home. Support ethical companies, keep beautiful Earth in mind, re-gift, re-use, recycle. Say Thank you.

Some say that suffering is an interpretation of an illusion. To end suffering one must awake and refine every second through constant coming back to self awareness. Some tips to help with this is to first purify the body physically. Stop eating artificial foods and GMOs. Stop tuning into dark forms of media and  entertainment. Release scarcity consciousness and have trust in life rather than constantly trying to control it. Stop using substances like alcohol or cigs to numb the stress; meditate instead and learn to dissolve negativity naturally without trying to constantly escape it by sweeping it under the rug. Pay attention to your internal dialogue and what thoughts you are rehearsing, etc. Since we are all somehow connected, many people must walking away from illusion for change to happen on a planetary level. However, do not rely on others to shift, do your own work and cultivate your own peaceful balance. You don’t really need others to evolve, you can create major change in your life and be in equanimity within the illusion that’s currently supported by the collective. Refine yourself and everything else will evolve in its own time.

Crystals have different properties and unique abilities. You can make crystal water with some of them. Some crystals may have toxic components, so don’t put those in drinking water. Crystal Water is also known as crystal elixirs, crystal tonics, crystal essence. Just place the crystal inside your water or near the water for at least 8 minutes.
