By doing a little bit of research online and listening to intuition, I realized that vanilla is quite a handy thing:

Bee pollen is a natural substance collected by bees from flowers and is known for its rich nutrition. It vitamins, minerals, proteins, amino acids, antioxidants, and bioactive compounds. It contains can boost the immune system, has anti-inflammatory properties, helping the body ward off pathogens and harmful substances. Bee pollen has been found to have antibacterial and anti-fungal effects. It may even enhance energy levels and improve metabolism.
Some say that suffering is an interpretation of an illusion. To end suffering one must awake and refine every second through constant coming back to self awareness. Some tips to help with this is to first purify the body physically. Stop eating artificial foods and GMOs. Stop tuning into dark forms of media and entertainment. Release scarcity consciousness and have trust in life rather than constantly trying to control it. Stop using substances like alcohol or cigs to numb the stress; meditate instead and learn to dissolve negativity naturally without trying to constantly escape it by sweeping it under the rug. Pay attention to your internal dialogue and what thoughts you are rehearsing, etc. Since we are all somehow connected, many people must walking away from illusion for change to happen on a planetary level. However, do not rely on others to shift, do your own work and cultivate your own peaceful balance. You don’t really need others to evolve, you can create major change in your life and be in equanimity within the illusion that’s currently supported by the collective. Refine yourself and everything else will evolve in its own time.

To improve singing there are some exercises that you can do:
Proper deep breathing is key.
Excercise because it opens up the lungs and stretches the diaphragm. For example, hiking.
Lip flutters. Babies do this a lot, really cute.
Drinking plenty of water and chamomile tea.
Breathing exercise: Alternate nostril breathing. Plug one nostril with your finger; Inhale through the left and exhale through the right, then inhale through the right, and exhale though the left, and so on.
Inhale for 5 seconds, hold breath for 5 seconds, exhale for 5 seconds, hold breath for 5 seconds, inhale for 5 seconds, and so on. Keep breath steady and calm. Don’t manipulate or force. Go with the flow. Be kind to yourself.
Aloha, I had a wonderful experience staying at this charming cozy apartment in February 2016. The views are amazing and it is walking distance to the beach. I like to walk so the 15 to 20 minute walks were are a good thing. The walk is also really nice, there are parks and trails along the shoreline. I enjoyed using the balcony and looking at the millions of stars in the sky that are visible, especially during a new moon. In the morning it was wonderful to watch all the doves and other birds from the windows of the apartment. I also loved that this apartment was walking distance to a grocery store. I prefer to make my own food because I can make it healthier, cleaner, and pay less for better quality. I was really grateful for this location. I really enjoyed that this nice little apartment is located inside one of the local villages. It felt safe there and it was great to experience how the native people live. I got a kick out of waking up to the roosters singing haha! I liked Mara’s communication, it was easy to talk to her and she was helpful! Crystals have different properties and unique abilities. You can make crystal water with some of them. Some crystals may have toxic components, so don’t put those in drinking water. Crystal Water is also known as crystal elixirs, crystal tonics, crystal essence. Just place the crystal inside your water or near the water for at least 8 minutes.
