When it comes to nutrition, the first thing people need to focus on is drinking a lot of pure water. Clean spring water is best, but there are also filters available. The Berkey filters seem to do a good job. You may charge the filtered water with your conscious focus and crystals. Pour the filtered water into a glass pitcher and add rose quartz and/or elite shungite. I love elite shungite in water. I tested the alkalinity of the Berkey water before and after elite shungite. Regular filtered Berkey water is about a ph 7. The same water that had elite shungite in a glass pitcher overnight became a ph 8. You need to use about 70 grams of the elite shungite per 1 liter of water.
The next key component to proper nutrition is consumption of vegetables. There are many vegetables to enjoy, and try to eat the ones that are in season. Farmers markets are always the best places to purchase food. Many times you can talk to the farmer who grew the food and ask questions. I like to ask if they grow organic. Many times the farms are not certified organic but still use organic practices. You can also get a sense of their vibe through communication. After all everything is conscious energy and it is important that the person that is growing food has a humble, honest, and kind energy. Just like you can charge water with conscious focus, so can you charge food.
Making homemade vegetable juices seems like a positive action. The Omega juicer seems to work great for such a task.
You can get really creative with making vegetables juices. My favorite recipes include juicing an entire lemon or lime, a bunch of cilantro or parsley, celery, lettuce, and ginger. Sometimes you can even find fresh turmeric to juice. Juice recipes can have from 2 to many ingredients. I usually have about 3 ingredients in my vegetable juices. I make a cup of juice daily. It is not recommended to make juice from fruits because of the higher sugar content. The maximum dose of sugar should be a few fruit per day and they are best consumed with the fiber intact. Focusing on low sugar consumption will help you achieve a slim and healthy body. Too much sugar negatively affects hormones. Hormones affect weight, mood, and spiritual evolution.
Dandelion Greens: Dandelion Leaf is commonly used to help remove excess water and toxins from the body. Its purifying ability promotes optimal digestive function, nourishes and cleanses liver, helps maintain normal blood sugar levels.
Zucchini: Melt Coconut oil on pan, cut zucchini in circles, add Himalayan Pink Crystal Salt. Breathe deeply and say Thank You and I Love you, as a gratitude and blessing.

Hi Liliya,
You blog is really amazing. Very cool…
I’m from Ashland, Oregon and 45 min away from Klamath Lake-The place where E3 Live blue green algea is scraped/excavated from! Love that stuff. Very stimulative. Been going there since I was a little kid.
Also maybe try reading about (if you haven’t, Norman Walker-The founder and creator of, The Norwalk Juice Press. This man lived till he was like 113 years old…. His norwalk Juice Press is the best in the world, still after 75 years. It’s what Beverly Hills Juice (you guys sell them at Erewhon) uses.
Anyways, since you don’t have a car (ahem) I will def need to show you Franklin Canyon (there’s two of them with the same name. This franklin canyon no one seems to know about and it’s beautiful).
See you soon 🙂
Jared (Erewhon guy)
Thanks for the thoughtful comment Jared! Thanks for the tips and looking forward.
