Water: Drink a lot of it! Drink it pure and filtered. I drink about 1 gallon a day!
Vegetables: Eat a lot of raw vegetables. You can get really creative with salads. Green vegetables are awesome! You may cook vegetables too. Cauliflower and zucchini are awesome when prepared in coconut oil on a frying pan.
Dandelion Greens Shot: Use juicer to squeeze fresh juice. Zucchini Bliss: Melt Coconut oil on pan, cut zucchini in circles and put it on the pan, sprinkle dried Rosemary, add Himalayan Pink Crystal Salt. Also important: Breathe deep and say Thank You and I Love you, as a blessing.
Green Goddess Salad: Lettuce, dill, water cress, arugula, spinach, sprouts, cilantro, himalayan pink salt, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
100g cacao butter
6 tbsp raw cacao powder
1/4 cup honey
50g dried cranberries
50g flame raisins
50g chopped walnuts
20g raw cacao nibs
1. Melt the cacao butter in a pan over a low heat, then stir in the honey and cacao powder.
2. Chop the nuts (or bash ‘em with a rolling pin), and stir into the chocolate mixture as you remove the pan from the heat. Add the cranberries, raisins, cacao nibs, and whatever else you might wish to add.
3. Pour the mixture into moulds/a square 8″ lined baking tray, and leave to chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Once firm, remove from the fridge, slice neatly or break into rough pieces.

Tiny Burst of Herbs: Parsley, Cilantro, Dill, Red Radish, Spicy Radish Clover sprouts, Avocado, coconut oil, himalayan crystal salt, and apple cider vinegar. Besides the sprouts, chop up all veggies into tiny pieces, melt the coconut oil on low heat on ceramic frying pan, mix it all together.
Raw Chocolate Clusters: For one serving take several heaping tablespoons of coconut oil, several spoons of cacao powder, several spoons of tocos Vitamin E powder, organic stevia, and a light sprinkle of Vitamin C Powder. Mix it all together.
A Yummy Smoothie: Almond Milk, Maca Powder, Raw Cacao Nibs, Chia Seeds, table spoon of Ghee, frozen pineapple.
A savory nut smoothie: Whole raw pumpkin seeds, whole raw Brazil nuts, macademia nuts, raw cacao nibs, stevia powder, plant protein, and pure califia almond milk. It’s easy and fast to make and is really filling and has great texture and obviously a nutty flavor. Use blender to mix.
Blueberry smoothie: Fresh organic or blueberries, camu camu powder, plant protein powder, chia seeds, may add stevia powder for more sweetness but not necessary.
I think it’s a good idea to switch between whey and plant protein, this creates more variety in diet, which is important. Who wants to do the same thing over and over again?
Abundance Smoothie: Coconut meat, table spoon of Ghee, goji berries, cacao nibs, 1 table spoon of Lucuma powder, and cultured milk kefir. Blend it all together.
Chocolate Nibble Nibs: 1 table spoon of raw cacao nibs,stevia, 1 table spoon of coconut oil, 1 table spoon of tocos vitamin E powder, 1 table spoon of Maca powder, a sprinkle of Vitamin C Powder, a sprinkle of cinnamon, a sprinkle of turmeric. A chocolate treat that is going to send you away to healthy land!
Sexy Low Glycemic Pudding: Cultured Kefir, 2 spoons of chia seeds, 1 spoon of cacao powder, 1 spoon of Lucuma powder, stevia.
