Water: Drink a lot of it! Drink it pure and filtered. I drink about 1 gallon a day!

Vegetables: Eat a lot of vegetables! I love raw vegetables and make lots of fun salads with cucumbers, radish, and sweetpeas!  You can get really creative with salads. Green vegetables are awesome! You may cook vegetables too. Cauliflower and zucchini are awesome when prepared in coconut oil on a frying pan.

Dandelion Greens Shot: Use juicer to squeeze fresh juice. Dandelion Leaf is commonly used to help remove excess water and toxins from the body.Benefits: High in Calcium, Vitamins A, C, and D, Iron, Antioxidants, B vitamins to reduce stress, Choline to help improve memory, inhibit molecules that trigger inflammation, supports gallbladder,  blood purifying agent, A mild laxative, promotes optimal digestive function, nourishes and cleanses liver, helps maintain normal blood sugar levels, promotes the growth of healthy bacteria.

IMG_7277Tiny Burst of Herbs: Parsley, Cilantro, Dill, Red Radish, Spicy Radish Clover sprouts, Avocado, coconut oil, himalayan crystal salt, and apple cider vinegar. Besides the sprouts, chop up all veggies into tiny pieces, melt the coconut oil on low heat on ceramic frying pan, mix it all together.

Raw Chocolate Clusters: For one serving take several heaping tablespoons of coconut oil, several spoons of cacao powder, several spoons of tocos Vitamin E powder, organic stevia, and a light sprinkle of Vitamin C Powder. Mix it all together.

A Yummy Smoothie: Almond Milk, Maca Powder, Raw Cacao Nibs, Chia Seeds, table spoon of Ghee, frozen pineapple.

A savory nut smoothie: Whole raw pumpkin seeds, whole raw Brazil nuts, macademia nuts, raw cacao nibs, stevia powder, plant protein, and pure califia almond milk. It’s easy and fast to make and is really filling and has great texture and obviously a nutty flavor. Use blender to mix.

Blueberry smoothie: Fresh organic or blueberries, camu camu powder, plant protein powder, chia seeds, may add stevia powder for more sweetness but not necessary.

I think it’s a good idea to switch between whey and plant protein, this creates more variety in diet, which is important. Who wants to do the same thing over and over again?

Abundance Smoothie: Coconut meat, table spoon of Ghee, goji berries, cacao nibs, 1 table spoon of Lucuma powder, and cultured milk kefir. Blend it all together.

A chocolate treat that is going to send you away to healthy land!

Sexy Low Glycemic Pudding: Cultured Kefir, 2 spoons of chia seeds, 1 spoon of cacao powder, 1 spoon of Lucuma powder, stevia.

  1. Hi Liliya,

You blog is really amazing. Very cool…
I’m from Ashland, Oregon and 45 min away from Klamath Lake-The place where E3 Live blue green algea is scraped/excavated from! Love that stuff. Very stimulative. Been going there since I was a little kid.
Also maybe try reading about (if you haven’t, Norman Walker-The founder and creator of, The Norwalk Juice Press. This man lived till he was like 113 years old…. His norwalk Juice Press is the best in the world, still after 75 years. It’s what Beverly Hills Juice (you guys sell them at Erewhon) uses.

Anyways, since you don’t have a car (ahem) I will def need to show you Franklin Canyon (there’s two of them with the same name. This franklin canyon no one seems to know about and it’s beautiful).

    See you soon 🙂

    Jared (Erewhon guy)
