Water is vital for life. Water helps our bodies function at optimal levels. It is important to begin to think about what kind of water you are drinking. Sadly a lot of water has been contaminated due t greed and ignorance. For example, fluoride and mercury have been found in tap water. Some argue that fluoride is natural, however there are two types of fluoride. There is fluoride that’s added to the public water supply, which is sodium fluoride, and is said to be poisonous for the body because it is full of metals such as arsenic, lead, and aluminum. The other kind of fluoride is calcium fluoride, and this is a natural fluoride found in soil and natural spring water, which is alkaline. It is important to filter your water. I like the Berkey filter as well as the Megahome water distiller. Add electrolytes to filtered water by sprinkling a bit of pink Himalayan crystal salt or Celtic sea salt into a glass water bottle. It’s like a gratitude prayer before consuming mother earth’s gifts ❤

In conclusion:

1. Sprinkle a tiny bit of himalayan pink salt in water.

2. Say, “I Love you and Thank You” 

3. Charge water in the sun in a glass bottle.

4. Put crystals in or around your water. (Make sure you research which crystals are okay to use with drinking water.)

Pure water is a human right, so in reality it should be free. Some even say that water is unlimited on Earth and discuss primary water. 

Shaman

I met a shaman in Hollywood. At random days he sits at the bus stop greeting people in different languages like Chinese, Spanish, etc. Some people come up to him and give him money to offer support and show their respect. He has a very grounding and compassionate energy. He does not impose himself or try to recruit anyone, he just exists. The first time I met him he gave me a Jasper stone and later a butterfly pendant. As I walked out into the world surrounded by California’s blooming beauty I was encapsulated by violet colors. There are trees that bloom in pretty violet flowers. For me, when I see the violet color, the color of purity, I am reminded that the angels or benevolent energy is with me. The strange thing I’ve learned though is that people are not always able to maintain higher frequency vibration. After some time, I crossed paths with that shaman again and he seemed imbalanced. He said that his spirit left him.. I wish him well and may all true souls recover their energy and release that which does not belong to them.
