I was inspired to write this post thanks to Jivanmukti. Her short youtube video called Can You Be Awakened By Psychedelics? explains it perfectly.
I know this may be a bummer for some, but shrooms, weed, and all other drugs are dangerous on various levels, with spiritual possession and a potential to end up in a mental hospital. I’ve observed some influencers on social media who are often praising “plant medicines” like Ayahuasca and then after some months after going on their shamanic journey complain about how they are constantly catching colds and getting sick, not realizing that the lowered immunity is very likely linked to those plant medicine trips they go on. Those shamans that assist these ignorant people are just black magicians dressed in white robes. Just because someone wears white clothing, does not make them pure. On top of that, plants like marijuana often contains paraquat, a toxic herbicide. Its smoke can also contain benzene, cadmium, lead, mercury, nickel, and hexavalent chromium, nitrosamines, reactive aldehydes (such as formaldehyde and acetaldehyde), and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons like benzapyrene. Even if you grow it yourself organically, it is still a doorway to spiritual possession and it messes up the eyes. This spirit that possesses the user may give them a cool experience but it will need to get something in return and so it withdraws life energy from the eyes, brain, skin, etc. Why to play with these substances/spirits of lower nature and risk physical and mental health? Is it not more wonderful to figure out how to connect to the higher frequencies of your own soul naturally and soberly, feel good all the time and not get drained of life? It is also good to know that not all plant spirits are malevolent. There are many benevolent plants like Lavender, Artemisia Annua, Lemongrass, Rosemary, St. John’s Wort, Peppermint, Angelica, etc. If taken consciously in form of teas, oils, tinctures.. They help support and protect the body from parasites on both physical and subtle levels. So next time you crave a joint to relax.. maybe drink some lavender tea instead.
