Fresh Juices for Health

I love vegetables and fruits and the Omega juicer. There are so many possibilities. Recently I’ve been making a lot of celery juice. But I also anjoy a delicious tart cranberry juice, white grapefruit juice, and orange juice (on their own not mixed). I also love juicing herbs like cilantro, dill, and parsley. Adding a lemon into the green herbal juice makes it taste lighter and more delicious but it still remains very potent. It is important to learn about proper food combining. For example, fruits should be eaten on their own. Learning original Ayurveda will help one understand how to properly prepare food and how to consume it so that it digests properly without creating toxins and fermentation in the gut.
