There are many super simple recipes to create tasty foods at home with a positive mindset and pure ingredients. It is not a good idea to buy sweets or any other prepared/ processed food at the supermarket, restaurants, etc. because it is filled with synthetic ingredients and energy of people you do not know and might not like very much if you met them. How is it so normal to eat food prepared by complete strangers? Very strange. Anyways here is a tasty treat recipe that one may even consider it to be healthy if consumed in moderation. To my current perception 1 cup of nuts and 2 teaspoons of raw honey is the maximum dose per day. Also never mix honey and ghee. Do your best to avoid eating sweets during the week of new and full moons, but if you are at a point where abstaining from sweets is difficult, it is best to make them yourself with pure ingredients and positive energy.
- Pour boiling water over pecans, leave it for several minutes or longer. It is also good to soak nuts and seeds overnight.
- Discard the water and rinse pecans with more clean filtered water a few times.
- Lightly toast pecans on a stainless steel or cast iron pan.
- Use a wooden or glass spoon and scoop out 2 teaspoons of local raw honey (never heated) into a little glass bowl.
- Add and mix into the honey organic Ceylon Cinnamon powder, Nutmeg powder, and 1 single drop of food grade Cinnamon Bark essential oil. 2 drops is likely too intense; essential oils are concentrated. Also Nutmeg should be used in small quantities, too much Nutmeg can cause poisoning.
- Dip the toasted pecans into the aromatic honey and enjoy. You can mix the honey and pecans together, but I noticed that by dipping, the flavor or honey is more pronounced.
