There are various ways to protect and detox. Here are a couple ideas/recipes:
Fancy chlorophyll detox beverage: Fresh juice from parsley, ginger, lime, and calendula tea.
Now that it is summer and more bugs are out, I made a bug repellent with 3/4 olive oil and a mix of essential oils like peppermint, sage, eucalyptus, tea tree, Geranium, citronella, lemongrass, and a bit of neem. Smells great with peppermint being the dominant. This is moisturizing and will not poison you, instead it will help destroy parasites in the body since the skin absorbs everything and things enter the bloodstream. Everyone has parasites like yeasts, candida, etc. Sushi, pets, farm animals, poorly washed fruits/veggies, grains, alcohol, etc are the main reasons for infection and propagation of parasites in the human body in developed countries.
