When the new and full moon vibes are upon us, it is a good idea to amp up anti parasitic foods like garlic. A cucumber, garlic, black pepper and olive oil are a good combo for salad. Parasites don’t just live in the tropical waters, they are everywhere and everyone has negative flora that needs to be managed and cleared out. Doing a more focused cleanse is especially effective during the full and new moon times. To stop and prevent illness of any kind one needs to remove parasitic/ fungal infections. Any skin rashes, fatigue, digestion issues, headaches, chronic diseases, mental issues, mood swings, cancer, aging etc etc. are because of parasite and fungi overgrowth. Parasites steal nutrients, eat through tissue causing ibs, weight gain, etc. because parastites release toxins causing the body to stagnate and not eliminate waste properly. This is a major cause of aging aka loss of energy. Aging is not normal and not natural. Just because it has been so common like cancer, doesn’t mean it is normal. Same with breast tissue pain during the menstrual cycle, it is not normal. Pain means imbalance and most likely imbalance is caused by parasites, poor lifestyle choices, and contact with pets, especially letting dogs lick your face, yuk. Dogs and cats are cute, but it’s not a good idea to make out with them. Moon times can be emotionally challenging especially when there are parasites lurking within, but there are always solutions if one is determined to purify self on all levels and cultivate self control and inner wisdom. Drinking peppermint tea after meals can help weaken some parasites because they don’t like it but it is not enough just to drink peppermint tea. When you start taking anti-parasitics like iodine, parasites get alarmed and reproduce more because their survival instinct kicks in. Binders like charcoal are important when die-off happens.

Besides eating food that is appropriate for human consumption that is low glycemic and is sans grains, yeasts, and artificial things, etc. getting rid of parasitic infections is key (most infections are asymptomatic and are expressed as aging). That means including bitter herbs like neem, wormwood, and other beneficial things like chewing on cloves, warm lemon water with a bit of celtic sea salt for electrolytes, etc. Also, drinking peppermint tea after meals can help weaken some parasites because they don’t like peppermint. And take salt baths, or pour salt water over yourself after showering if you don’t have a tub or not up for it, although salt baths if you have a tub are pretty rejuvenating and youth activating.
