Someone once said that there is a fine line between genius and insanity. And to a certain degree this is true. This fine line can apply to all sorts of things, including healing. When one is on a healing journey, it is important to find where this line is. During these modern times, healing is very difficult because it seems like everything or at least most of the things have been conspired against maintaining and attaining True Health.
So the healing journey must consist of a very disciplined lifestyle. And by the way, at this point everyone is sick to one degree or another. It doesn’t matter if symptoms are dormant or active. We are all polluted since birth and our ancestors have been polluted for thousands of years as well, therefore passing on weak and corrupt genetics. But we can change things and dissolve the sickness, slowly, with a great deal of discipline and self control also known as self mastery.
Everyone is addicted to something, but the sneakiest addictions, that many people do not realize, are food and entertainment. Even healthy food is an addiction. And another rabbit hole is how so many so called “healthy foods” are actually poisonous containing lectins and oxalates. People are obsessed with food. They think about it all the time and plan all their major life events around it. Why aren’t people so obsessed with breathing? It is after all important in the health and maintenance of the body as well. But even breathing can become an addiction if people start obsessing with breath work and breathing exercises. It is funny how humans managed to turn everything that is supposed to be normal and neutral into some sort of addiction and obsession.
When it comes to healing it is also important to not turn it into an obsession and revolve the entire existence around the disorder or healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle is not supposed to be another identity, it is just normality and not a big deal. In healing, not being obsessed, doesn’t mean you can have a “cheat day” “cheat meal” or “treat” in forms of alcohol, processed foods, etc. “Treats” that are poisoning and overstimulating the nervous system are not treats. Poisonous substances that your grandma used to bake for the holidays are not foods for the soul. They are programs of addiction and ignorance passed down for generations. If a person is on a healing journey and goes out partying on a “cheat day” they can severely set themselves back. One night of partying will drain months and months of progress.
So when it comes to finding the fine line between true healing and self destruction, it comes down to consciousness. On the physical level, lifestyle needs to be very disciplined (at least that’s how it looks to an average lower vibrational person). In reality a very disciplined lifestyle is the most natural and simple one, that is supposed to be effortless and pure. But since we are so corrupt and polluted, effort seems like a necessity in order to get in harmony. And so true healing happens when one knows what is beneficial and what is destructive and completely abstains from everything destructive to the best of their knowledge. However, on a conscious level, one does not obsess about anything and flows with life. Looking with neutrality at everything as an observer and not getting upset at things one can not control. But if there is anything that is in one’s power, they do it. They learn and figure things out. They research laundry detergent ingredients, they make their own toothpaste or pay much more for truly natural toothpastes like those sold at the Living Libations shop, they filter and structure their water, they do everything they can to detox and unplug from the mainstream madness. They also understand that they are part of this world and if they harm the Earth they harm themselves. So this understanding inspires them to care about their environment as much as they care about themselves. Therefore, they make purchasing choices from organizations that are not destroying the living world of nature and all it’s elements. The knowledge to decipher who is who and what is what may not come all at once, but a constant desire to find out and make conscious choices will continue to guide one on the path to healing and immortality. Releasing greed, competition, and scarcity consciousness and replacing it with trust in life, respect for life, and awareness. And at a certain point, things begin to change, for the better. And since we are the creators of reality, if we heal ourselves we may start to notice others around us healing, because everything is a frequency match. And higher frequencies, although rare in this world, trump the lower frequencies. And with every correct choice comes more blessings with ease and purity.
