Healing the Home

Having a clean and organized home is very important. It’s beneficial to maintain clean floors and surface areas, and this may mean that you have to take care of this places almost daily. Another key to a harmonious living space is decluttering, even in places that are behind doors that you don’t necessarily see. For example, it is really effective if you take everything out of your closet & organize it. When everything is out, you end up realizing so many better ways to place things back and see which ones are no longer needed. Having a clean home in all areas is key to physical and spiritual health. If you don’t know where to start it might be a good idea to check out Marie Kondo and her Konmari method. You can most likely find her audio books online or at your local library’s website. I personally prefer audio books.

Furthermore, another very important thing is to keep your home free from artificial electromagnetic frequencies. These EMFs are invisible, but more and more research is showing that they are harmful to living things.

I’m in the process of getting internet set up with an ethernet cable. It’s a bit of a process, but at the end of the day it is not too tricky, although I would prefer to just press a button on the router and turn off the wifi. Once you removed the harmful wifi from your home, decide how long you want your ethernet cord to be. 50 feet is pretty good, but if you have a big house, maybe longer, that way you can use your laptop in different rooms. I also wrapped the router in copper wire mesh and created a homemade faraday cage. This does not block out the signal completely and the internet works, but it reduces the radiation. The majority of people who simply use a few computers in a household don’t need super intense high powered internet connection, yet that is what everyone gets. Before you get the ethernet cord, turn off you wifi at night. I would also recommend turning your router at night even if you have the ethernet cord, you never know what this technology is capable of. There are university articles already publishing that the router can measure heart rate and use frequencies to photograph the home. I asked my next door neighbor to unplug his wifi at night alsomand shared resources that explain why this is a good idea. He said he unplugged it, but when I followed up a few months later he said that he forgets. Unfortunately that is something we cannot yet control. I hope people wake up to this pollution asap and get out of complacency.

Recently I’ve been learning about interior design and decluttering is a key component. One thing that many professionals recommend is to not have a bunch of little trinkets. I’ve also collected a bunch of crystals over the years, and although crystals are beautiful and have protective frequencies (for example Shungite and black tourmaline pyramids are good at neutralizing harmful EMFs), nonetheless having too much of something, even if it is a good thing, can still create clutter. So learn to organize, use trays and decorative dishes to house certain items.

To protect the home from artificial electromagnetic frequencies, one tech guy mentioned how thick stone walls block out some of the wifi. If your home is not built from such high quality materials, it might be possible to recreate that to some degree. For example, I gathered all the crystals and strategically placed them where they can help block out unwanted EMFs. Instead of having many little crystals all over the place, I grouped them together into decorative containers and created a whole out of many. If you put items on tray or in a basket, it significantly reduces the visual clutter. I really like marble trays because marble is beautiful and has awesome vibes. You can also buy or make curtains that block EMFs from entering through windows. Hopefully this invisible pollution won’t be around for much longer. But in the meantime this seems like a fun project.

Other things to consider is off-gasing that happens from pretty much everything, especially poor quality furniture, rugs, synthetic candles, etc. This website called HealthierHomes.Com shares some information and sells products that are higher in quality. They also have a book and an instagram account where they share tips. In reality cheap things break faster and people end up spending more money in the long term, but quality things can last generations.

Some educational resources that I recommend is a book, The Invisible Rainbow: A History of Electricity and Life by Arthur Firstenberg. (I actually checked out a copy of this book from my local library, so chances are you may not even need to buy it and can get this knowledge for free). Another good source is a book called, The Non-Tinfoil Guide to EMFs: How to Fix Our Stupid Use of Technology by Nicolas Pineault.

There many documentaries on the dangers of wireless technology, one called Generation Zapped. But there are many coming out these days and are free on YouTube. One is called An Invisible Threat. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TP2sdCOr2II

Sometimes when I mention the dangers of wifi, people get pessimistic and say, “well it is everywhere.” Implying that if one person gets rid of wifi that it won’t be a big difference because all the neighbors and business around have it on. Yes, a lot of negativity is around us and we can not control what other people do, but we can change our personal behaviors and how we interact with the world, and that is very powerful. When we shift our frequency, we may even get to the point where we can obtain capabilities to be able to selflessly shift others in a beneficial and non invasive way without even having to say a word. Do what you can in your personal life and don’t worry about trying to control others. You may share knowledge, but don’t waste too much energy trying to argue or convince anyone of anything. To each their own way. The changes you make for yourself will be powerful and beneficial for you and those around you, so be glad about that.
