Healing and Self Mastery

When people think about genetically modified foods (GMOs) they think frankenfoods created by a very nefarious company called Monsanto. However, there is another level. Foods have been genetically modified for thousands of years, creating hybrid species. One thing people need to understand is that nature does not make mistakes. God, higher consciousness, or whatever you wish to call this awesome energy of creation knows better than modern humans. Everything was already created perfect for this reality for beings to live, thrive, and learn about this dimension. But when people started to manipulate nature and combined different species together to make an apple bigger and sweeter, for example, they made a mistake. The increase in sugar overstimulates the nervous and digestion systems. All such alterations are rooted in scarcity consciousness and the desire to control. As a result, the foods may taste sweeter and look bigger but they are depleted in minerals. The physical human body needs minerals and vitamins not large volumes of depleted items that overstimulate and cause addiction. 

Some people who eat a, “standard healthy diet” may believe that they are already healthy. However, no one is healthy. Just like society is trying to normalize mental illness, and even cancer by creating all these “fun” events and gear to support it, our corrupted ancestors normalized a short life span. To live up to a 100 years seems like such a great accomplishment these days. But in reality this is an extremely short lifespan and aging is not natural. Aging is a disease that humanity is plagued with. Aging is the result of loss of spiritual energy and physical rotting. The reason people’s bodies are rotting is because of various reasons but diet being a big one. 

For thousands of years, those in leadership positions organized humanity to be controlled. The number one reason for governments, is to control people. Govern-Ment (ment meaning mind. To govern the mind). Some of the ancient ways to control people is through diet. Certain foods make people vital and others slowly poison them. Governments do not want a healthy society, because a heathy society would be difficult to control. I still can not understand how our original evolved ancestors allowed for this takeover to happen, but it did. Our original ancestors were not cave men. They were ageless and powerful, much taller too. Disease did not exist.

So now that we are at the end of the dark ages, what steps should we take to start to slowly return to our original state of being? It all begins with consciousness. We must become aware of all the ancestral trauma and programming that we inherited and start to dissolve it from within. We need to focus our attention within and begin to clear the mind of all the clutter. Our body is a wholesome system, and the mind is connected to our gut. To clear the mind we need to also purify the gut. 

Our corrupted ancestors normalized certain foods, but in reality those popular foods are poisonous. Also, we are not supposed to eat so much volume. We have normalized overeating and became addicted to food. Many times we are not hungry, but just craving for a fix. To subside cravings, it may be helpful to drink some water, or hot water, or warm water with lemon, or consume something bitter like neem powder mixed with some water. 

If you are reading this list of foods to avoid, pay attention to how you react and feel. If you find yourself getting angry, judgmental, annoyed, or experience any other low frequency emotions, ask yourself (why?). Contemplate the root reasons that evoke such strong emotion and attachment to these foods. Ancestral programs are deep, and having awareness is important for healing. If this information doesn’t resonate and you experience negative thoughts and emotions, remove yourself from this page and do not follow such channels. Live your life according to your awareness. 

Running List of Items to Avoid:

Items containing “Lectins” are to be avoided. Lectins mess up the body. Research what lectins do to the body.

Foods in the nightshade family are poisonous, including tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, goji berries, etc. are all very high in lectins.

Other foods that are high in lectins are beans, sunflower oil, canola oil, peanuts, chia seeds, etc.

Avoid spinach. 

All grains should be avoided, including oats, wheat, rice, etc. 

Avoid ALL soy.

Cow milk should be avoided, especially from the Holstein breed of cow. Research the difference between the A1 beta-casein protein milk and A2 milk. Moreover, cows are also genetically manipulated animals. Animal’s milk is designed to feed that animal’s babies. There are certain hormones in the milk. Cows and Buffaloes are very large animals with a specific hormone composition. Humans are much smaller in size compared to such animals and are not hormonally compatible.

(I know that some of these foods may contain zinc, b-vitamins, etc. But they also contain lectins, oxalates or other poisonous or indigestible components. Research what oxalates are and what they do to the body. Maybe a bird’s digestion system is designed for some of these grains, but not the human system. And again keep in mind that many of these items were not originally found in nature, or at least not in the form available today. All these are genetically modified plants and animals are not attuned to our original microbiome. As a result these items do not digest properly. When things don’t digest, they rot. This causes an overgrowth of fungus and parasites. Fungi and parasites decompose the body prematurely and issues like cancer, dementia, and all sort of diseases are the symptoms of that). 

Obviously avoid everything processed. Like seriously avoid everything processed. Avoid restaurants. You don’t know what goes on behind the scenes and what quality foods and oils they use. Plus the vibe in those kitchens is not the vibe you want your food charged with. You don’t know the people or what mood they are in when they are preparing that food in those restaurants. Transfer of consciousness is real, whether you believe in it or not. And food is a pretty intimate thing. Just eat whole foods and make your meals from scratch and make them SIMPLE. Do not combine a bunch of random ingredients. Do not combine dairy and fruit. Do not combine fish and dairy. Do not combine sugary foods with meat (like some glaze their meat with honey (don’t). Also, meat should be eaten to a minimum, and organs have the most nutrients. If you have a certain blood type, meats may be difficult to digest. Foods should be eaten according to season, climate, etc. 

In the past when I would hear sick people complain about their health aliments, I would begin to recommend these tips. Then they would get defensive and reply, “so am I to starve now?” After a few of such instances, I stopped giving people tips. Now, I just like to share on my personal page, and if someone has an open and curious mind and wants to read, they can. Or if someone believes that their life depends on eating grains, nightshades, and processed foods, they should not read this type of information. For those who are sincerely interested, here is a list, to the best of my knowledge of foods that may be beneficial with little or no side effects if eaten in appropriate quantity. Less is better. 

Running List of Beneficial Foods:

Pistachios, Macadamia, Pine nuts. Sesame seeds. Bee pollen, good quality raw honey. Goat and sheep cheese and kefir. Matcha. Yams, carrots, and beets, in moderation (starches in moderation). Pasture raised eggs. Wild Sardines. Cold Pressed Virgin Olive oil, Ghee, coconut oil, Avocados. Apple Cider vinegar. Arugula and lettuce. Herbs like thyme, parsley, cilantro, basil, oregano, sage, Mellisa, peppermint, etc. ginger, turmeric. Cabbage family vegetables, celery, radish, cucumbers. Mushrooms like lions mane, chaga, reishi, oyster, cremini, etc. Fruits and berries in moderation. This is not a final list, just some ideas. Do your own research and learn from experience. 

Even though the standards for the organic label are very flawed, it is still better to purchase organic produce from grocery stores. Farmers markets are a better option. Talk to the seller at the farmers market and ask questions. The best option is to grow your own food, because you literally charge what you grow with your consciousness and synchronize the energies. Self grown foods are very powerful and healing, especially when harvested during the full moon and new moon time frame (3 days before the moon’s peak, during the peak, and 3 days after).

No one knows everything and life is about learning. More knowledge will continue to pour as we purify and cultivate self mastery. Humility and personal experience are keys to finding out the Truth. Question everything. Learn from within.

The body ages because people waste their energy foolishly and are not able to remain in the present moment.

I completely agree that consciousness plays a vital role in returning to our original state of being. My question is, how do you suggest we increase our consciousness and dissolve the ancestral trauma and programming that we have inherited?

You can also go to her website https://www.siddhakundaliniyoga.com. But the short answer is to purify on all levels. Going within, noticing the thought clutter, let it go. This is something that must be done every moment not just sitting in meditation for 20 min or whatever amount of time. Cultivating a quiet and equanimous mind through self observation. Not giving into unhealthy cravings. Restraining yourself from unhealthy actions. Once the mind is clear to a certain degree you will strengthen the link to higher awareness and then will get all the information necessary for your evolution from within. But to have access to that uncorrupted knowledge, one must be clear of all the static and pollution.
