Recently it came to my awareness that what we wear also has an affect on our well being and balance. Many speak about the importance of natural and pure ingredients in our toothpaste, shampoo, moisturizer, deodorant, and even household cleaning products, however it is still rare to come across information on the importance of fabrics. If we think about it, it does make sense to wear natural fabrics like linen, cashmere, and organic cotton. The idea of wearing plastic aka polyester and other synthetic materials seems unpleasant. Linen is a beautiful breathable material that is suitable not only for clothing but bedding as well. It does not collect static and is believed to help the body heal and balance due to its frequency.
“Our ancestors wore clothes and accessories with only one purpose, to catch free energy and communicate as well as to absorb different electromagnetic and cosmic frequencies. Here I’m speaking about linen clothes, armlets and bracelets, and head accessories made of crystals and precious metals, as well as some types of wood, seeds, beads and alloys. Our entire life and households used to carry the grid of free energy, including our kitchen utensils and household accessories. We knew about the electromagnetic field of the earth, about spheric energy, cosmic rays and plants that would allow us to stay in balance here on earth and live harmoniously with the Natural World through our own bodies…it’s an ancient science, to which we are slowly awakening only now… Stay blessed” – Jivanmukti
