You can be mindful when you walk

You can be mindful when you talk

You can be mindful when you brush your teeth

You can be mindful when you eat and drink

You can be mindful in the shower

You can be mindful any hour!

Just pay attention to your breath

Always bring your awareness back to your breath

  1. Eat green chlorophyll rich vegetables.
  2. Move your body, take a yoga class, dance, go hiking, go swimming in the ocean.
  3. Be mindful about what you  put on your skin. Skin is your largest organ and it absorbs what you put on it into the body. Read labels, read ingredients. Keep it pure. Listen to your intuition.
  4.  Meditation, deep breathing, singing, play a musical instrument.
  5. De-clutter your home or office from junk
  6.  Drink lots of pure water. Hydration is key.
  7. Use positive affirmations such as “I AM a natural and live person. I AM sovereign.”
  8. Visualize a peaceful beautiful soft violet flame in your aura and the entire planet Earth.

You can live within the illusion but hover above it and make choices to not participate in it at the same time. We are infinite pure beings with free will. Some ways to detach from illusion is to turn off the tv and go for a walk in nature. Stop wasting your consciousness and emotions paying attention to energy sucking entertainment. Have you heard of Plato’s allegory of the cave?

Love yourself, take care of your body, eat healthy, think clearly, breathe deeply.
